• All bookings made for astrology consultations, Cure sessions, or digital readings are nonrefundable.
• Once the service has been booked and confirmed, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
• In case of genuine concerns such as technical issues or missed sessions due to our end, please contact us for rescheduling.

2. Physical Products (Crystals, Rudraksha, etc.)

We take utmost care to ensure that all items are packed and shipped securely. However, if there is an issue
with your order:

• Returns: We do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Return Request Timeframe: Any return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Conditions for Return: The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Proof of damage (photo/video) must be provided.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days, and the amount will be credited via the original method of payment.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations
