What You Will Learn

How energy moves through the body, the seven chakras, and how imbalance is commonly described.
How the attunement is given, how to prepare, and what students usually experience.
The basic hand positions, a daily 15-minute routine, and self-treatment for stress and sleep.

The rules of distance healing, healing the past, and running a small group session.
What a Reiki practitioner may claim and must never claim, and how to work alongside doctors and therapists.

Prerequisites
